Our Mission:

When we started in real estate we set out to be the change we wanted to see in real estate. Many in the real estate industry still have a sales mentality where cold calling, door knocking, and high-pressure sales are widely recommended and utilized. The most expensive and arguably one of the most important purchases most people will make in their lifetime is treated as just another sale.

We would do things differently no door knocking, no cold calling, and no high-pressure sales. Amazing customer service would be that one thing that would set us apart from the rest of the agents in our market. Providing expert knowledge, tools, and ability combined with one on one personalized service would be our brand. Key areas of focus would be consistent excellent communication,  expert education and guidance, and an exceptional service mentality.


Communication Is Key

All too often client or fellow agent phone calls, emails, and text messages often go unreturned for several hours and sometimes even days. When you are in the middle of buying or selling a home your agent needs to be available quickly. Home purchase contracts are time-sensitive. In some markets, a delayed response could cause a person to lose out on a deal to another person whose agent responded to communication faster. Our commitment to you is to do everything in our power to always be available, and if we can’t respond immediately we will respond as soon as possible. Homebuyers and sellers are often intimidated by the home purchase or selling process. Expert information and education on the process, provided without high-pressure sales, is scarce. The public’s desire to learn about the process is curbed by the fear that a salesperson will spam them with undesired pressure. The result is people do not feel empowered or confident and are reluctant to even begin the real estate process. Freely providing education on the real estate process and all applicable data empowers customers to make confident decisions on how to proceed, and places them firmly in control of their home purchase and selling adventure.

Excellent customer service is not just a slogan or tagline. We have servants’ hearts and find our joy in serving others. We commit to always being available to our customers and respond quickly and effectively. We will do anything in our power and abilities to help a customer before during and after the sale. We freely provide information, data, and education without a sales pitch or sales pressure. We have been known to do yard clean-up, touch-up painting, minor plumbing, replace exterior moldings, even properly mounting dishwashers, and recommending experts when needed for our customers. The extent of things we are willing to do for our customers is only limited by their willingness to ask.

Customers are the most important part of our business. We see every customer interaction as an opportunity to build lasting relationships. We are not salespeople we are customer service professionals looking for any way possible to amaze those we work with.
